We’re opening the position of a Middle Strong Full-Stack Developer (Node.js) to work with our Client who develops SaaS solutions that help companies to optimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning & execution, processes automation and optimization. The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading ML and AI for better predictions and prevention of disruptions across the businesses.

Responsibilities:
Design and construct world-class customer experiences using a modern tech stack (Node.js, React, Redis, Elasticsearch). JavaScript, Python, and Ruby practitioners are welcome
Deliver products rapidly and iteratively, working in an experiment-driven environment with equal parts of direct customer feedback and user behavioral metrics
Collaborate with your coworkers producing scalable and performant systems
Learn and apply modern technologies, libraries, tools, and services against the technology requirements of our business
Thrive in a start-up culture within a rapidly maturing target market
Create new technologies that delight our customers and grow the voice of their clients within their enterprises
Find solutions to challenges facing Customer Care, Marketing, Research, and Sales

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in full lifecycle Software Engineering, preferably using dynamic languages
Be transparent, respectful, unstoppable, a team player, and human
Advocate for constructive change and make decisions, without ego, in the best interests of our customers, coworkers, and shareholders
Be capable of fast-moving iterative environments, keep products shippable, work cross-functionally, and bear responsibility
Manage your time efficiently and professionally, demonstrate ability to meet or beat the assigned targets and deadlines under normal circumstances, and work with others identifying trade-offs that optimize outcomes when conditions change
